Christmas Hamper

This morning a trip to the balance clinic at the hospital in Newcastle to hopefully find a way to overcome the vertigo which has been bothering me since August. I've been given quite a number of exercises to repeat twice daily but have been warned that it will be a further six weeks before I notice any improvement. Progress otherwise has been slow so anything that speeds the recovery I will happily do.

This is the Christmas hamper which I won at the physio in the prize draw. It's full of wonderful goodies so looking forward to enjoying them!! Hope your week has started well.
