Vindaloo paste for tomorrow's curry

The Toshes gave us a variety of spices and seeds for curries so we decided to try them out tonight by making a curry paste from scratch. Going to slow cook some chicken thighs, sweet potato (and any other veg lurking around in the fridge!) in the paste tomorrow for dinner - yum!
