Despite wanting to keep it out of the box and then settling for assurances that it would not be thrown away before next year when we came to put the decorations away Edgar was oddly disinclined to wear it for the purposes of being photographed next to the tree in order to make a card for him to be credited with giving to his mum. He was also too big to get entirely in shot when I tried dangling him in front of the tree a couple of days after this and then wouldn't stand still enough in front of it, which made this a handy thing to have taken a couple of days earlier.
