Flowers

I should have posted a different pic yesterday and today re-taken the one I did post. But I didn't and all I have today is the tub of flowers on the front doorstep, at least they're providing a bit of welcome colour.
It was odd this morning, the radio was saying high winds on the Forth Bridge and here there was total calm, though it did get a bit breezy later.
Managed a 4 mile run with the group - and then got a sore knee when I stopped so I hope it's okay tomorrow
