Vegetable Frittata
This is one recipe I came across online using the rice cooker. It's quick, simple and takes little time to prepare.
Add thinly sliced potatoes, zucchini, red bell pepper and eggs into the cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
