I used to park off-campus and take the bus to work, which wasn't bad but it added a lot of time to my commute with rush hour traffic. This semester I bought an on-campus parking spot in a parking lot down the hill from my office. The downside is that I have to climb up that hill in the morning when it's freezing and I just want to be with my space heater (story of my life). The upside is that sometimes I see the sun peeking through the clouds on my short trek.
