DRYING THE FRUIT

I am at a POP (for the unitiated a POP is a park over property for those who belong to the N.Z.Motorhome Assn.) where one can stay for a nominal sum. It rained heavily today and tonight as it has fined up the helicopter came out to dry off the cherries. Rather fascinating. Got some yummy apricots yesterday and hope to bring home some more summer fruit before I return. Am on theback road between Alexandra and Clyde.
