Smile times

It would appear that someone attacked the footpath near the bus stop with a ridiculous amount of smileys. I see three possible causes.

1/ The children somehow managed to find the well hidden colored chalk.
2/ Someone wanted to spread some joy and brighten a few peoples day.
3/ They forgot to lock the door at the "people who are not quite right in the head hospital" again.

I'm hoping it's option number 2. Certainly brightened what was an intense day at work for me and made me smile, which I needed.

Oh and hope it's not option 3 cause I think they know where I live :)
