"yes dogs are everywhere that I go"

Every morning and every evening this big fella /girl is sat on the doorstep waiting to be let in. This sort of treatment of dogs is heartbreaking to me. Why have pet dogs if you are not going to treat them like a pet? This dog is left outside every weekday from at least 9.45am to 6.15pm, come rain or shine. The dog is huge and the concrete garden is barren and tiny. This dog is so friendly and comes over to the gate every time I pass for a great big pet. My heart sinks when I have to go. My dog is my best pal and I would never let him sit outside in the cold with no comforts or company all day long. Some people just should not be allowed you keep pets.
