Day 7: proof

Returned home and undid all that good healing in a 90 min lostness I could have done without. Afterwards feeling so bad had third shower and frantic cleaning ritual ensues as I try to scrub it out. Loofah, olive oil and salt body scrub, then moisturisers and antiseptic creams and... I'm pissed off at myself. Work to do, need to move on
