#100happydays - Day 2

So day 2 of not taking a kid pic not going well. This was a very happy moment, though. We are reading "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" this week and after reading it today we acted it out. Chickpea made her own cave for the bear to hide in, we drummed and chanted the intros and then we experimented with walking over different textures. A lot of the textures didn't resemble (at all) the parts in the book but it didn't matter as they still had a lot of fun. The silver thing is a river and I did use ice cubes for the snowstorm so I guess that was sort of close.
