Topic planning with my class.

I have a multi composite class of 11 children aged 5-8. This session we are using a planning method called Talking and Thinking floorbooks, the idea is the children are involved as much as possible in planning their learning. Today they wrote down things they knew or wanted to know about homes. We have a new French pupil, just his second day, and he drew a wee house and his mum and dad.
