Making the most of a bad day
Well work has kicked off properly today. STRESSFULL day.
but I have decided that whenever I can I must try and get out for a walk at lunchtime. Today my friend and I couldn't get to the lake (it was flooded) so we walked up the hill for a change and to excersice our calves.
Also went back to the gym for the 1st time in ages. I can't say I love it but decided to walk on the treadmill so I stick at it longer and I guess it helped with the stress.
