Day 7 - back to homework

So the new term has properly started now as Aine has her first lot of homework. She's very good and is conscientious about doing it most of the time. She does get a lot of it though and I sometimes wonder if the teachers should spare a thought for the parents as we try our best to squeeze in the not insignificant volume of homework between working full time, getting the dinner, bath time, story time, and dealing with the inevitable temper tantrums that come with tiredness after a long day!

It certainly is back to reality with a bump after the lovely Christmas period.
