getting there...

Trying to get back to normality after my nasty cold before Christmas, and then all the disruptions of the holidays. It's appealing.

The appeal will wear off quickly. I give it until Friday.

I was back to green juice & a yoghourt for breakfast, after 3 weeks of coffee plus whatever. A caffeine free day. Also an alcohol free day. The feelgood factor will kick in after a few days of that.

Dinner was the egg coconut masala from Rick Stein's book. My 4th attempt, and improving each time. It's now at the bloody divine stage. 3 green chillies (with seeds) will add to the feelgood factor tomorrow.
