70's throwback

made a 70s throwback prawn mayo savoury layer 'cake'... a party staple in Iceland... made for interesting conversation in the supermarket bakery convincing the lad to cut the loaf horizontally! completely threw the checkout lady too...

then forgot to put it out during the party!! it made a nice new year's day lunch!
