Why Novi????????

So I go to Farmington Hills every Saturday to play basketball so naturally I stop by Novi to visit friends and more importantly shop at the famous Pastry Hippo Bakery...

Except it was closed!!!! Three times I visited the bakery...three times it was closed! Why Pastry Hippo Bakery? Why?!?!
