Totally forgot to take a photo today until late as it was a rather busy day. Started the day with some sprints, then into uni for a couple of lectures and submission of an assignment. Headed home to crack on with some revision and the went out for a nice run with Lauren which included times tables and singing. Not as muddy as the socks would have you believe, but still slightly wet.
