Frozen

Someone made a snarky comment today on a major social network regarding people posting photos of the sub-zero temperatures we are experiencing here in the United States. I wasn't planning on using such a photo for today's blip, but did want to convey that the most significant thing in my life today was the extreme cold. (-22 C - w/o a windchill factored in.)

It was so cold today, a squirrel froze on the deck railing. Poor little creature. He's as frozen as solid brass, forever remembered eating a morsel he found while burrowing in the snow covered yard.

Oh, wait. Is that a screw I see?

Silly me.
