Venison Strip Loin Steaks
Another wee treat I picked up at the Stockbridge market, I pan fried them in a splash of oil with a little dried rosemary, pepper & garlic, I did over cooked them a little, they could have been pinker inside but they still tasted good with spuds & carrots and butter.
