Meanwhile, it's day 2 of my ready brek and berrocca diet. Fails in both evenings thanks to the Christmas chocolate dregs and having the energy of a sloth. The temptation is lessening as we edge ever closer to the pure minging roses chewy toffees being the only sweeties left. Even I won't go there.

Being back at work doesn't help. As for that Eastender's Gillian Tallyforth lookalike, the increasingly clarty Kate Moss and her supposed infamous "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" tagline, well that girl surely ain't ever tasted a Costa four cheese and roasted tomato toastie.
