Its raining … again

We've had proper rain for a long time now. It is the first time in 14 years that the lawn has pooled and flooded in the middle - not bad for a patch of grass on top of a gravel hill. It is normally damp enough for moss, but dry underneath much to the detriment of the grass. I guess this weather won't do the turf any good either and we'll end up with a sandy weed patch in the summer.
