Ocean View?

Yes, if you look really really close, this is an ocean view. I love driving down Hwy 67 and rounding the corner by the "Entering Poway" sign. The valley opens up below you and on a clear day (like today) you can see the ocean. On an even clearer day, you can see Catalina and San Clemente Islands. A better photo would have been from either the top of the huge rock just to my right or down the road a bit -- but the rock is too big to climb and I didn't want to walk down the shoulder of the highway. This location is just after the 2 lane to one lane merge and people are vying for the best position going down the hill. I didn't feel that lucky.
