Keep Taking The Tablets:

Yesterday evening I developed a chest pain and, as it was still there three-quarters of an hour later, I rang Sue. She came over immediately and we shared our knowledge of anatomy regarding what we felt lay under that part of my ribs e.g. lungs, liver etc.

After a while she decided to stay the night as she was taking me to attend my annual heart clinic appointment this morning and the chest pain could be mentioned there. When the cardiac nurse saw me she called a doctor in and I was diagnosed as having pleurisy. More tablets – I ended up with a supply of antibiotics to add to my already substantial collection of medicaments.
