Lathkill Weir

One of a series of weirs on the River Lathkill, upstream from Conksbury Bridge, near Youlgreave, Derbyshire. The water is controlled by these weirs, forming a series of beautiful pools. During drier periods the Lathkill all but disappears so I thought it a good idea to photograph it now in a period of ample water supplies.
