I wanted to produce an image that shows how we are all feeling over here in most parts of the UK at the moment.

I couldn’t seem to get the shot I wanted which was the duck swimming up the streets with the rain pouring all around him. Igor was keen to help and set up the shot and operated the watering can. I didn’t get the lighting right and I couldn’t seem to sync the flash as well as I normally do. Igor keeps telling me that I should record the things I do, and whether or not they were successful, so I can look back when I want to repeat the process. I’ve had some really good water droplets shots but it’s a long time since I did any and I’ve forgotten all the things I learned.

The result of today’s playing were this shot and a very wet garage floor!!
