Office Buildings in Madrid

I went to find the Embassy of the Philippines today just to give me something to do. (I spent all day inside yesterday). I got on circular (line 6) and got off at Nuevos Ministerios. The area is filled with office buildings and people in suits and ties. It was like being in a typical big city except everybody was on Spanish time. People were out and about at 3 pm having lunch.

Afterwards, I made my way to Sol and did some shopping. People are taking advantage of the rebajas (sales).
