Daylight just

A couple of weeks ago, my walk home would have been in the dark, but now the days are starting to lengthen.

I understand that after the winter solstice (22nd December) days lengthen by an average of 3 minutes a day in the UK, although it does depend on your latitude.

Anyway, the upshot is that we are heading towards springtime, which can't come soon enough!
