The Liverpool Carters Working Horse Monument.

I had a walk around Pier Head this afternoon whilst I was still pondering on the rateable occupation issue (see yesterday). That seemed to do the trick. I've seen this sculpture many times, but never got a shot I liked. I think this worked OK.
