Old Bridge

Had a walk along the riverside path in Hebden Bridge today - very muddy indeed - but at least it didn't rain whilst we were out.
This is an old Packhorse bridge over the River Hebden - it's Grade II listed and was built sometime in the C18 on the old Packhorse route from Heptonstall to Wadsworth.
The river was flowing quite steadily, but it's not very deep - Polly had a paddle around the edge :-)
