At last...

After 3 abortive attempts, I've finally manage to get cavity wall insulation installed.

this beastie was the issue as the original surveyor made no mention of requiring a"cherry picker" to do the work.

So on each occasion, the guys turned up, look at the wall(s), scratched their chins and went "hmm - you need a cherry picker for that - our ladders are too short"...

so cherry picker sorted and now cavity wall insulation in.
