Sam made our tea tonight as I was busy trying to finish some website changes.

He selected the ingredients, chose quantities, mixed, stirred, seasoned and tasted.....and chirruped all the way through the process. I was his bottle-washer and Martin popped to the shop to get a missing ingredient.

Sam called the shots and we did as he asked.

Upon eating the result (pasta, ragu sauce, bacon bits and mozzarella cheese with garlic bread), Sam asked "Is it wrong to like what you have cooked?"

RESULT!

If we have finally found "his thing", then I am absolutely delighted and will be encouraging it with a vengeance!
