Trying out quotes

I'm thinking of doing a print-yourself-book to present to publishers here in Copenhagen. There will be my own quotes on the left page and a photograph somewhat related to the words on the right page. This is an example of a photo and a quote I consider for the book.

Any thoughts, anybody?
