As payday approaches the cupboards are nearly bare. How's this for an "eat what's left in the fridge" number?
Surimi fish chunks, shredded carrot and cashew nuts stir fried with garlic, ginger, lime and chilli on a bed of rocket, plum cherry tomatoes and avocado encircled by lime-infused cous cous.
It wasnae bad by ra way!
I'm in the market for one of these.
So glad it exists for home use now - my achilles is in agony at the slightest trot just now.
