Life isn't exciting every day

Well today certainly wasn't exciting. In fact it was so uninteresting that I resorted to taking a picture of my leg, sitting on top of a funny orange tube thing.
In case anyone was wondering- which many people do -the funny orange tube thing is for stretching/massaging/relaxing your muscles. It is incredibly effective and quite fun to roll around on too.
