"Wet Your Whistle"

I had the opportunity to babysit this little guy today. Here he is enjoying a little drink to "wet his whistle". When he was finished it was time for "toss the cup on the floor for Grandma to pick up" game. Maybe there was more than just water in that cup, as the idiom suggests!
