Helping a coworker

I have a co worker who has been driving around with a shredded spare tire on the back of her car.....hubby found a cheap slightly used tire for her....I was concerned especially with this cold weather for her safety if something happened and she got stuck on the side if the road in these frigid temps with no spare.
