Castles, flowers, books and rods

The boys slept in which was really nice. They both got up around 830 even Harper slept until 730.

Because Kanye was asleep for most of yesterday he didn't fall asleep until after 9 Marley was the same so we let them lie in bed playing with toys and they eventually dropped off.

The weather was meant to change midday to Southwest and rain so I took them to the library in the morning, we got new books and a couple dvds.

On the way home big clouds started forming and then blew over! The sun was out all day.

I put Harper down for a nap then went outside and built sandcastles with them, while helping Mar picked me some convulvulus flowers to put in my hair. He loves picking me flowers to put in my hair, funny kid . Marley and I played with the cuisenare rods I bought him, they're so great for different things like maths, puzzle solving and patterns.

Before Andre got home we read books and then they watched a bit of tv.

I made chicken paella for dinner that neither boys liked.

They all went to bed early tonight.

Andre started to brush my hair for me as I haven't had time to take care of it so keep retying it up and it had turned into a knotted mess, it was so long it reached my lower back and of course because of the lovely post pregnancy hormones it's been falling out. So I decided to cut it. Well Andre cut it for me, he chopped it off, it's now just a bit below my shoulders.

It's so nice now, it's light and manageable. I realised that after Andre cut it, because my hair was so long and difficult to manage, it was heavy and that's why my scalp was sore a lot of the time, I kept retying this lot of thick hair into a bun, it was pulling my scalp in different places.

So another quiet day for us!
