Resting giants

Passing Davenports Tea room today and it looks like a bit of pre season maintenance is ongoing on the Scammell Highwayman "Mr Plod"
This is what they call a ballast tractor - Heavy haulage towing unit as you can see their living quarters (showmans caravan) is tucked away till the next big show as well.
It wont be long till the polish is out and its cleaned to an inch of its life for the first vintage rally
