Only ventured out into the streets late this afternoon for an appointment with a mortgage adviser from the Bank of Scotland. I was there to find a new mortgage as my deal had run out and he was there to do his job.
He was very helpful, but it didn't stop me from behaving badly, uttering sarcasm-laden phrases such as 'Festival Fireworks' and the like. Oops - all very unnecessary.
Meanwhile, on the way back I saw this tribute to an Andy Goldsworthy piece, presumably done by some local bairns. It frequently changes appearance; last week it had a lot more roads, with crisp bags for cars - the glass was the latest addition.
