A big day out with mum..sort of a sandwich really!

First slice.....trip to the radiologist for M
Filling.. ..this very tasty plate of seafood morsels
Top slice...supermarket shopping and getting M's fridge and pantry stocked for two VERY hot days ahead, 36C tomorrow and 43C!!!! on Saturday :(
Frilly stuff on the side... a quick nap under the ceiling fan before dog walk and unexpected glass of white at a neighbour's, mid walk :)
