My Favourite.... A day With Grandchildren

What better way than to spend a day of the school vacation with four of my favourite boys, Deklan 5, Jacob 8, Jaxon 10 (in two weeks) and Koen 10.
This morning I drove over to pick up Jaxon from home at 8am drove on for the two boys (brothers) Jacob and Koen then onto Yanchep to pick up Deklan.

We were soon on the road and off to GinGin to the Gravity Centre, music full ball and singing the latest hits on the radio! (I have to listen to Nova 93.7 just to keep up with the latest songs) they know them all of them even Deklan! but then so do do I...

Once we arrived there we headed for the activity centre, they were soon into making rockets and a moon landing, paper helicopters that actually flew.
In the Gravity Centre they tested out all the different scientific inventions safe enough for kids to play and experiment with, the space shuttle that spun as many resolutions as they could turn with the wheel, it was spinning as fast as a spinning top!!
The magnetic balls, the making of sound waves, the vortex chute throwing tennis balls down it then hoisting up the bucket to throw more! the chute of blasting air to throw plastic balls in the stream then try and knock the ball for six ( above)
+ So much more!! they all had a great time, me included.

We finished the day by 3pm hiking up countless steps of the leaning tower outside the centre to drop water filled balloons down the chutes provided, the shouts and squeals as the balloons were falling and of who's landed first was priceless.
Yep a great day was had and must be wrote down as the best to date, but then Deklan and ruby are coming for a play at Nan's tomorrow, the good days are just never ending, I'm well blessed....
