Hangdog

While walking my dogs today I came across this sight. This is a Staffordshire cross, the chap explained to me. They'd got him from a home and he is obsessed with rope swings. He had jumped up onto this one and wouldn't let go. He was hanging about a foot above the ground, and had been there some time. Eventually he would tire and let go, but until then nothing on earth could persuade him to unclamp his jaws. Not even my dogs jumping up at him could distract him from the task of remaining locked on. I was glad he wasn't clamped around my arm.
Any sensible person knows dogs are vastly superior to cats as a pet, but sometimes they can be a bit stoopid.
