Salad in a Jar

Discovered this just surfing this week. Tried it out and yes it really works. Saves time and if you are on a diet makes life very simple just for the sake of spending 20 putting the salads together.
I don't have any mason jars so I use these Bonne Maman compote and confiture jars.
The compote jars make a good sized single main meal salad.
