"Read it"

Carson is obsessed with anything truck or car related. He has many toy trucks and cars, and loves books about trucks and cars. He found a new book in his playroom, and asked me at least 6 times in a row to read it to him. How can I say no when he says "Read it please?" in a cute little, 23 month old voice?
