Who's that doggy in the window?

Today was a day of two parts; busy this morning making soup (red lentil and carrots) and preparing the roast potatoes and asparagus to go with the chestnut, mushroom and cranberry roast I made yesterday in time for lunch, with a break for a blood test at the surgery. The afternoon spent relaxing in front of the fire feeling stuffed after lunch with our guests, John and Jennie.

Although I showed Jennie my new camera I didn’t actually take any photos (except a couple of not very good sneaky ones). So here is Dylan’s official January portrait.
