Elodea

This is s sample of moss aquatic plant as seen under the microscope using Phase 1 lighting..
It was a really interesting session - the hardest part was making the sample thin enough for the slide.
As the microscope has a very shallow depth of field the sample needs to be very thin to give maximum sharpness.
