Today I went to the Apple store in Southampton for some technical assistance- I won't bore you with the details but the end result was my entire phone being wiped in order to get rid of something really simple- if only I had remembered the password. Anyway- it means my phone now only has one photo on- this one. Apple store, Southampton. Eddie was v patient and helpful. I will try to remember my password next time.
