Too cold for Larry to go to the beach

Larry loves to walk to the beach but the temperature this am was about 28F! We left him home and drove to the beach on our way to the store. I thought the Sound would be a little frozen but it wasn't! The rocks were covered with ice and the beach had snow and ice. We are expecting a January thaw over the weekend!
