Leftovers

As we move further into the New Year the timescales for eating up what has remained from the festivities has shortened.

Our French friends brought a variety of cheeses which we have been working our way through but some still remain.

So we converted some into a quiche or two for freezing. This was one of them just after midnight as they were cooling. As tasty as it looks.

At work we were delighted to welcome back Alan who has been off for months with a bad back and is due to undergo an operation next week but he felt well enough to come in for a few hours to catch up. That and planning for the next stage of the bill led to a busy day.
